Paleo Tuna Patties Recipe

If you are following me on Instagram, you know I LOVE to cook and am always in the kitchen trying to make yummy, healthy recipes for my family. (If you are not following me, head over and give me a follow and check out what I got going on!)  My Paleo Tuna Patties have quickly become a big hit! My kids absolutely LOVE this recipe, even my super picky one requests this for the meal plan about once a week, which is a HUGE deal. These Paleo Tuna Patties are super easy to make and loaded with healthy ingredients to nourish our bodies. I’ve had so many requests for this recipe that I couldn’t wait to share it with you! Enjoy!

Ingredients:

Making the patties:

Open the tuna cans and dump into a bowl with liquid. Next, add all other ingredients except avocado oil into the bowl and mix together thoroughly. Divide the mixture evenly and pat into four tuna patties. Turn the stove on medium heat and add the avocado oil to a pan. If you don’t have avocado oil you can use any healthy fat to cook the patties. Here is more information on my favorite oils to use, and which ones we avoid for health reasons.

Once the pan and the oil are warmed add the tuna patties and cook them until they are browned on each side. You can top the patties with a yummy aioli or tartar sauce if you wish, and serve up with your favorite sides! We love having these paleo tuna patties with homemade fries cooked in fat and a salad. This is one meal that I know I won’t get any complaints from anyone when I make this, which it isn’t an easy task with picky, strong-willed family members!
