I have tried different brands of collagen and my favorite is Vital Proteins because I love their different flavors and how easy they make it get more collagen into the diet. How to Get More Collagen Into Your Diet

Panna Cotta with Gelatin Recipe:
This is a really yummy recipe from my online Mindful MealPlanning Program. It’s delicious to eat for breakfast or as a dessert.
- 2 cups coconut milk (where to buy)
- 2 teaspoons plain, unflavored gelatin (where to buy)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (where to buy)
- 2 cups 2% plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (where to buy)
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder (where to buy)
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon (where to buy)
1. Pour 1 cup milk into a small bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over top. Let soften for 5 minutes, then stir until dissolved.
2. In a pan, mix remaining milk, and maple syrup. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, stirring. Remove from heat; stir in gelatin mixture. Transfer to a bowl; whisk in yogurt, vanilla and turmeric. Divide among 8 6-ounce ramekins. Cover with plastic wrap; chill until firm, at least 2 hours. Enjoy!
