Self Care Challenge

Mom life is hard core! It can be exhausting trying to juggle all these hats between the kids, the husband and trying to create a work/life balance! The days are long, but the time goes by fast, if you are like me you are so busy with the day-to-day events that it can be hard to make time for yourself! The problem with that is, you cannot pour from an empty cup! You have to make yourself a priority and establish self-care routines to keep you from getting burned out!

I am so excited to offer you this 14-day Fill Your Cup Self Care challenge. For 14-days we will be making ourself a priority and including self-care techniques every day for 14-days! If you are thinking you don’t have enough time for this challenge THINK AGAIN! This was created for busy moms to take a few minutes each day to fill your cup! I promise it will be easy, effective and you will learn how to easily make this a practice you will want to continue past these 15 days!

Fill Your Cup Self Care Challenge

Here are the details:

  1. Make sure that you click here to sign up for my special newsletter to learn more about how to Fill Your Cup and get self-care inspiration and tips in your inbox also follow me on Instagram @The_Yogi_Mami to see some self-care inspiration, tips and motivation in my feed and stories!
  2. Invite 4 friends to join us! We all know others who are deep in this Mom Game and can use some inspiration to make themselves a priority! Share this challenge and have your friends join us! The more the merrier!
  3. Each day do one or more self-care exercise to Fill Your Cup and help give back to yourself so that you can better serve others. Share a picture on social media and don’t forget to hashtag #FillYourCup so that you can be chosen as a winner at the end of our contest! It’s time to Love on yourself
