The phases of the moon have an affect on us both physically, mentally and emotionally as we learned in part one of the series of How Moon Phases Affect Us- New Moon Phase. When the moon is Waxing it appears to be growing and its magnetic energy assists with bringing things to fruition. This waxing period is the best time to be constructive.
How the Waxing Crescent Moon Affects Us
The Waxing Crescent Moon phase can be very helpful for sparking creativity, coming up with ideas for projects, beginning plans, and acquiring objects. It can be thought of in gardening terms as the sprouting period. The seeds of intention were sowed with the Dark/New Moon and begin to sprout during this first phase. While not as potent as a New Moon or a Full Moon the Waxing Crescent Moon can have a positive affect on our behavior. If you have an interest to conjure energies into your life such as more patience, more understanding in your relationship or a more positive attitude, this is the perfect timing for such goals.
How to Harness the Power of the Waxing Crescent Moon
During the waxing crescent moon it is beneficial to reflect, meditate and visualize to bring inspiration and passion into your intentions. This is a period of regeneration and anything you do to strengthen yourself is more effective when the moon is waxing. Take advantage of this time to attract and bring positive change into your life.
