Self Care tools

I am working on making myself a priority lately because it is so important for both physical and emotional wellness. After all, you cannot pour from an empty cup, right? In this post I will share with you my favorite self care tools that make it so easy to include self-care in your daily routine. Having these on hand makes it so easy to make some time for yourself every day without breaking the bank, or consuming too much time!

 

My Favorite Self-Care Tools:

Essential Oils – These play a big role in my physical and emotional wellness regimen, and this includes self-care. I can raise my vibration and shift my moon in a matter of minutes simply by inhaling these amazing oils! I can also whip up simple and easy DIY recipes to pamper myself! But don’t be fooled. Epsom Salts – I always have epsom salts on hand. I can give myself and my family nourishing and remineralizing baths, I can whip up simple DIY bath salts to give as gifts. They have so many benefits and is a must have for any healthy home, and they are awesome for self-care! Click here to order my favorite.

Coconut Oil – This stuff is amazing, if you haven’t heard yet. I use it for so many things, including self-care like making my DIY Luxurious Body Butter or even oil pulling, which is great for oral health. Click here to stock up.

Mala Beads – These make meditating so easy! Plus I wear them everyday as a jewelry accessory and they can help to calm my mind in a matter of minutes. They are easy to use and perfect for when I need to quite my mind with a quick meditation. These are gorgeous and for a great price!

Journal – I LOVE to journal. I do it daily and it’s a great stress reliever. I can write gratitude lists, affirmations, my deepest thoughts, how I’m feeling day to day, etc. It’s a great stress release and prefect for goal setting, mind mapping or just getting my ideas down on paper. Click here to see a journal that is easy to use and perfect for anything!

Guided Meditations – These are great to get in the meditation zone if you have a hard time with relaxation and meditation in general. For many guided meditations are easier to follow along verses just trying to quiet the mind. You can checkout my guided hypno-meditation album here.

My Favorite Warm, Healthy Drink – Four Sigmatic Mushroom Latte Mixes – I love to sip on this yummy drinks at any time of the day. They are delicious and have lots of health benefits. And they don’t even taste like mushrooms. It’s the perfect way to nourish the body and for me it’s the perfect self-care treat! My Favorite Tea – There is something so comforting about sipping on some yummy tea either first thing in the morning or at night before bed.
