How to Meditate

If you are new to meditation, you can click here for my tips for beginners on how to start a regular meditation practice. If you are looking for guided recordings to help you with your practice, you can download my album Journey to Bliss: Guided Hypno-Meditations to help you release blocks and negative emotions and improve your overall vibrational energy level.

When starting out, the amount of time is not important. Making time for 5-10 minutes twice a day will begin to show benefits and it will gradually become easier to meditate for longer periods of time. If you are like me and have a harder time quieting your mind here is a post I wrote about a meditation tool that helps me tremendously! The more you make your meditation a priority the easier it will become and the more your body will experience the benefits. I notice such a difference in my mindset, attitude, and how I emotionally process situations from days that I meditate compared to days that I don’t. If you think you are too busy to meditate for 20 minutes here is how I was able to incorporate meditation into my busy schedule.
