When it comes to our health and well-being there are 3 biggest factors causing health problems and overall disease. Many wellness professionals would agree that these three things are important to both our physical and emotional well-being. By focusing on these three factors you can have a better chance of living happy and healthy.

3 Biggest Factors Causing Health Problems

  1. Diet & Nutrition – What we eat has such an impact on our overall health and well-being, both mentally and physically. We have become so disconnected with our food source with numerous amounts of processed foods available that many people turn to out of convenience. This has  major impact on how our body functions.
  2. Toxin Overload – We are bombarded with toxins on a daily basis. From our air, water, food and many of the products we have in our households and consider safe. This chemical overload put stress on our system and research is showing that it can be responsible for many health problems.
  3. Stress – Emotional and mental stress can be detrimental to how we function and can even manifest itself into physical pain. Stress can play a part in problems such as headaches, high blood pressure, heart problems, diabetes, skin conditions, asthma, arthritis, depression, and anxiety.

Here’s how you can make a change to improve your overall health and well-being…..

First off, the key is to say “YES” to making your health and wellness a priority! If you invest in a nice house, nice car, furniture, clothes, etc. Why wouldn’t you invest in yourself, your most precious possession. After all, we only have one body so we might as well take care of it! One common misconception is that it takes a lot of time and money to be healthy. I’m here to show you how you can live happier and healthier without breaking the bank or spending all your precious time.
