Healthy Potuck Recipes

For those of us who are trying to eat healthier there can be many excuses to sabotage our healthy intentions. For centuries food has played a big role in celebrating and socializing and it seems like every time we turn around there is another reason to indulge in not-so-healthy meals.

With Super Bowl coming up I wanted to share some healthy potluck recipes that will be well-received at any Super Bowl party by people who are trying to keep their health in check and also by those who want the typical potluck favorites.

Here are some healthy potluck recipes I compiled from some of my fellow bloggers that guests are sure to LOVE!

Something about watching large, athletic men in tight pants tackle each other ferociously over a ball makes people want to eat copious amounts of meat. Seriously! You think of football and I bet now you are instantly imagining Buffalo wings! Or meatballs!

The problem is that most of the time the sauce is made with processed additives making it the main culprit in unhealthyness. Luckily you don’t need to skip out on these dishes if you make your own! Here’s your answer:
