I love making my own non-toxic products and sharing them with others. This recipe is so easy and leaves your lips feeling soft and nourished. It’s only two ingredients and you probably have them on hand! It’s my favorite and I keep a jar by my bed to apply at night before I go to sleep. Here is the recipe for my DIY luxurious nourishing lip mask.

Benefits of Honey

Honey is extremely hydrating so its beneficial for dry, cracked lips by restoring lost moisture and keeping them from drying out during the night. Plus honey is antibacterial and anti fungal so it’s great for promoting healing to any sores or extremely chapped lips.

Benefits of Lavender

Lavender has so many benefits. It is calming and soothing and a great addition to beauty products. Because we will be using this mask before bed the lavender adds a lovely charm to help wind down before sleep. Click here to learn where I get my favorite therapeutic lavender essential oil.

How to Make:

Mix all ingredients in jar. Apply a light layer over the lips at night before bed and enjoy the results. It will leave your lips feeling so smooth, soft and well nourished. Honey doesn’t go bad and neither does therapeutic lavender so essentially this product will last forever. But once you see the results of this amazing and nourishing lip mask I have a feeling you will be using this product regularly! Enjoy!
