What is your common course of action when your kids get sick? Do you typically rush off to a doctor or urgent care, or do you rely on natural alternatives to ease symptoms and discomfort of your little ones? When it comes to my kids, I have been blessed that I have been able to keep them relatively healthy without ever having to take them to a doctor or urgent care when they get sick. When they do happen to fall under the weather, the most effective methods I have used have been easy, remedies without harsh additives or ingredients that cause nasty side-effects. This post will share with you my favorite tips for healthy kids as well as natural remedies for children.

I focus on a lot of natural, preventative measures to keep my kids healthy and happy.  These are things you can do regularly to promote health and wellness with your children.
