Toxins are everywhere. In our food, our environment, and within our own minds! What we put on our plates, who (and what) we choose to spend most of our time on, and certain thought patterns have a way of empowering us or hindering us on this journey called life. When life is getting you down, it’s important to find the support you need to really step into your best version emotionally, spirituality, and physically.
That’s where I come in: As a passionate Wellness Advocate and Author, I am on a mission to awaken people to their limitless potential and offer them the tools (workshops, courses, books, and coaching) they need to thrive, naturally.
Ultimately, what inspired me to launch Yogi Mami, was my first pregnancy. Once I found out I was going to become a mom, I was particularly mindful about keeping my loved ones safe and healthy. After learning more and more about the harmful ingredients in our food, household and personal care products, I knew a change needed to be made, in not only my personal life, but in the lives of other moms.
As an avid life learner I am currently certified in Yoga, Chakra Balancing, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Mindful Nutrition, Mindfulness for Children, Neuro-linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, and Aroma Freedom Technique, which I use to help empower women as a trusted ally who strives to make the world a better place. Her purpose and her passion is to empower and educate others to live happier and healthier.
