Homemade Healthy Gummy Candy

I am obsessed with homemade gummy candies. My kids love them and they are so easy to make. You just need gelatin (Buy Here) and candy molds (Buy Here)! So why should you make your own gummies? Well, because its so easy and so healthy and there are so many ways to make them! I am excited to let my kids have these and not feel guilty. Plus I get to control what they are made of and know that they are not filled with yucky dyes and other toxic ingredients.

Homemade Gummy candies contain gelatin which is a natural source of protein and dietary collagen which supports healthy hair, skin and nails. Gelatin aids in digestion, improves cellulite and loose skin and is essential for joint health.
