I’m going to be facilitating an emotional energy healing session for stress reduction and relaxation that will follow a 30-minute pre-talk where I will explain the emotional energy healing process and its benefits and answer the most common questions about emotional healing. 

The entire session will be approx. 60-90 minutes in duration (including the 30-minute pre-talk). You’ll want to arrange for some peace, quiet and privacy during this time if at all possible so that you can relax and enjoy the experience without interruptions or distractions. This is YOUR time. 

❗️ Do NOT listen to the live call or replay, once it’s available – while driving or operating heavy machinery. Also, avoid coffee or energy drinks/bars right before the session, or listening to the recording, if possible.
