It’s week 2 of Meal Plan Mondays. Here is our meal plan for the week of January 20th!

1. Lentil Stew & Salad

2. Chicken Picatta Casserole & roasted parmesan tomatoes

3. Fajitas & black beans

4.Lamb Stew, marinated veggies

5. Tri-Tip, Potatoes and sauteed veggies

6. Tortellini Marinara, Salad and Bread

  • Oo this is inspirational. I’m in Germany for a few months where our refrigerator is super tiny so I have to shop everyday (it’s kind of the culture here I suppose)… but my goal for when I get back to the US is to do meal plans because I can’t tell you how much food (and money!) goes to waste when I just buy random stuff!
