Meal Plan Menu

So last week was crazy and a lot of life (and death) happened. It was a crazy whirlwind of events: I got extra projects from a client, my parent’s family dog of 16 years passed away, had a change in the ballet schedule and other life occurrences all at once and I just never got around to posting last week’s meal plan Monday menu, so my apologies! It shouldn’t be a regular occurrence.

So with that I bring you this week’s Meal Plan Monday Menu

1. Pozole

2. Chicken Pot Pie

3. Vietnamese Pho Soup

5. Steak, Scalloped Potatoes and Zucchini
