Wow the weeks have gone by fast! I can’t believe it’s already the end of January! Crazy!

Here is this weeks Meal Plan Monday Menu. A few of these were on the menu last week but because some of the craziness of life we didn’t get to them so they are rolled over into this weeks menu!

1. Roasted Chicken & Vegetables

3. White Bean and Chicken Chili & Organic Cornbread

4. Turkey Tacos & Mexican Coleslaw

5. Beef Stew & Bread with Grass-fed Butter

6. Pork and Vegetable Fried Rice & Homemade Egg Drop Soup
