Healthy Homemade Weekly Meal Plan

As a new series for the year I wanted to start Meal Plan Mondays as a way to share my meal plan for the week. I typically cook for 6 nights every week reserving one night to either go out or order take in. I try to plan around our schedule depending on what is going on such as an evening meeting or if we have other dinner plans during that week. After a long vacation and getting back on track I have been excited to get back into my kitchen and back to making us healthy homemade meals. A friend of mine gave me the cutest little homemade menu for my kitchen and I couldn’t wait to put it to use!

Here is the Menu Plan for the week of January 13th

1. Lasagna, Spinach Salad and Bread with Grass-Fed Butter

2. Roasted Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy and Braised Green Beans

3. Venison Chili served with Organic Tortilla Chips and Roasted Radishes

4. Chicken Enchiladas, Black Beans and Mexican Coleslaw

5. Marinated Flank Steak, Baked Potatoes and Kale Salad

6. Leftovers or Chicken Soup

Do you use weekly meal plan menus? Do you have a family favorite that makes a regular appearance? I would love to hear your comments!
