Learn how to prep simple and healthy salads for the week. We will make delicious fresh salad dressings infused with vitality oils and organic, fresh veggies from my Tower Garden! Come meal prep your way to a new YOU and create healthy, mindful habits! Kids are welcome but spots are limited! Only 6 spaces available so RSVP before it's too late!
