Join us for a baby yoga workshop. In this workshop you will learn techniques to bond with your baby and help them grow healthy and strong. Baby Yoga promotes more and better sleep and has many physiological and developmental benefits. Postures are used to stimulate the brain to encourage coordination and development as well as support the baby’s bodily systems, including the digestive and nervous systems. This hands on, two-hour Labor Preparation workshop teaches expecting parents natural techniques to increase relaxation and facilitate labor. Learn natural modalities such as visualization, breathing, essential oils and yoga postures to prepare for labor as well as mediation to connect with baby during pregnancy. Fathers-to-be will learn about natural, loving ways to help keep expecting mothers calm and relaxed during the pregnancy and childbirth.
