All good things come to an end, and Summer is no exception. The upside is that once the hot, lazy dog days are over its time to welcome spring with all things Pumpkin Spice! If you are anything like me its a great transition into seasons and something I look forward to.

Unfortunately, this week Food Babe dropped a huge BOMBSHELL on us Pumpkin Spice Latte lovers and called out Starbucks for their very unhealthy, cancer causing version that is a fan favorite. And while I believe that you cannot limit all toxins and the whole everything in moderation mentality, it’s very hard for me to feel good about indulging in something so toxic. Also, it pisses me off to no end that these companies knowingly serve these toxic concoctions to their customers all in the name of profit! Of course, I can’t simply turn my back on my favorite Fall flavor so instead I did what I do best which is to seek out healthy versions for all to enjoy!
